Betika Terms and Conditions — Rules & Platform Agreement for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Betika ("Betika", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at betika.cash. These Terms apply to all services offered by Betika, including sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, card games (including Baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and Blackjack), virtual sports, and all bonus and promotional programmes.

By accessing the Betika platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms take effect from the moment you register your account and remain in effect for the duration of your relationship with Betika.

Betika reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number registered on their account. Continued use of the Betika platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on Betika and to use any of the platform's services. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Betika applies age verification measures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one Betika account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If Betika detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances may be voided, and any bonus funds claimed across multiple accounts will be forfeited in full.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your Betika account. This includes your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested during registration or subsequent verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 Residency

Betika's services are offered to players residing in Pakistan. You confirm that you are accessing the platform from within Pakistan and that participation in online betting is lawful in your specific location and circumstances. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Security & Verification

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Betika account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. Betika will never ask you for your password via any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact Betika support immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Betika operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following at any point:

• A copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card)
• Proof of your registered mobile number (Easypaisa or JazzCash account confirmation)
• Proof of address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document)
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

Betika may withhold withdrawals pending successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide the requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and, where fraud is suspected, referral to relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Responsibility

All bets and transactions placed from your Betika account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether those bets were placed by you personally. If you allow another person to access your account, you remain liable for all activity conducted during that session.

4. Deposits & Payments (PKR)

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions on Betika are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Betika accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, instant processing
• JazzCash — mobile wallet, instant processing
• NayaPay — digital wallet
• SadaPay — digital wallet
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — interbank funds transfer
• Visa / Mastercard — debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on Betika is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit on standard accounts, though Betika may apply enhanced due diligence for very large deposits and request supporting documentation.

4.3 Deposit Timing

Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are credited to your Betika wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one business day to reflect. Card payments are subject to the processing times of the issuing bank.

4.4 Deposit Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited into your Betika account are legitimately yours and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name are prohibited and may trigger a KYC hold on your account.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals from your Betika account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect all players. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by Betika's payments team within the following typical timeframes:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: 2–4 hours (VIP accounts: typically instant)
• Bank Transfer (IBFT): up to 1 business day
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days (subject to card issuer processing)

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Betika may impose daily or weekly withdrawal limits on standard accounts. VIP account holders may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits — contact support for details.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Betika may delay or withhold a withdrawal if: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a pending investigation relating to the account; (c) the withdrawal is flagged by automated fraud detection systems; or (d) the account balance includes bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.

5.4 Inactive Account Funds

If a Betika account remains inactive (no login, no deposit, no bet) for a continuous period of 12 months, the account will be classified as dormant. A dormancy administration fee of Rs 500 per month will be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again. Betika will send an email and SMS notification 30 days before any dormancy charges are applied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

Betika offers a welcome bonus to newly registered players on their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and qualifying deposit threshold are stated on the promotions page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — the bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion page, the following standard wagering conditions apply to all Betika bonus funds:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times stated on the relevant promotion before withdrawal is permitted
• Only wagers placed with real-money balance count towards clearing bonus wagering requirements — bets placed with bonus funds themselves do not contribute
• Certain game types (such as Tie bets in Baccarat or Andar Bahar) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements — full contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms
• The maximum stake per round while clearing a bonus is Rs 2,000 unless the promotion specifically states otherwise

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Betika bonuses are available to one account per household, device, or IP address. Betika reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through multi-accounting, matched betting with bonus funds, or any coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds carry an expiry period. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds that have not been wagered through in full within 30 calendar days of being credited will be forfeited automatically. Betika will send a reminder notification before bonus expiry where reasonably practical.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on Betika are subject to acceptance by the platform. Betika reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount is deducted from your account balance.

7.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, game, and account type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. Betika may apply reduced maximum limits to individual accounts based on betting patterns, risk management decisions, or as part of a responsible gaming restriction.

7.3 Errors & Manifest Odds Mistakes

Betika takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds and game payouts are published accurately. However, in the event of a manifest error — an obvious and significant mistake in the displayed odds or payout figure — Betika reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Examples of manifest errors include: cricket match odds published at 1000:1 due to a data feed error, or a baccarat payout table showing an incorrect multiplier. Betika will not honour bets placed at odds that are clearly and materially incorrect.

7.4 Void Bets

A bet may be voided (and the original stake returned) in the following circumstances: the event or market is cancelled before completion; a manifest error in the odds is identified; the event outcome cannot be officially determined; or the bet was accepted in error due to a technical malfunction. Betika will notify affected players of voided bets via their registered account notification preferences.

7.5 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on Betika are time-sensitive. Betika implements a brief delay between bet submission and acceptance for in-play markets to manage risk and ensure accuracy of live data. During this delay, the odds displayed may change. If the odds change materially during the acceptance delay, Betika will notify you of the new odds and give you the option to accept them or cancel the bet.

8. Live Casino & Card Games

Betika's live casino section — including Live Baccarat, Live Teen Patti, Live Andar Bahar, Live Blackjack, and related card games — is governed by these Terms in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in live casino games on Betika, you confirm acceptance of both these Terms and the specific rules of each game.

8.1 Technical Disconnection

If your internet connection is interrupted after a bet has been accepted by Betika (i.e., the bet appears in your bet history), the bet remains valid and will be settled based on the actual outcome of the hand or round. Betika's systems record all bet placements server-side at the point of acceptance, independent of your continued connection. Reconnecting to the platform after a disconnection will display the settled result.

8.2 Live Dealer Game Integrity

All live dealer games on Betika use physical cards dealt by trained dealers under HD camera surveillance. The dealing process is monitored in real time. In the event of a procedural error during a live dealer hand — such as a card being exposed prematurely or the incorrect number of cards being dealt — the hand may be voided by the dealer supervisor and all stakes returned. Betika's live dealer partners maintain their own operational procedures and these are applied consistently at all times.

8.3 Game Availability

Betika makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous availability of its live casino tables and card game offerings. However, live dealer tables may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, connectivity issues between Betika and its live studio partners, or circumstances outside Betika's control. No compensation will be offered for temporary unavailability of specific game variants.

9. Responsible Gaming

Betika takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain healthy gaming habits, all accessible from the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much PKR you deposit. Takes effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Automatically pauses betting activity when your total losses for a defined period reach your set threshold.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts you after a defined period of continuous platform activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Locks your account for a minimum of 6 weeks and up to 5 years. Cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net account activity.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betika platform. Any player found to have engaged in these activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or verification
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit written consent
• Any form of money laundering, including using Betika as a mechanism for passing funds through the system without genuine gambling activity
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform in place of genuine human activity
• Exploiting errors in the platform's software, data feeds, or odds pricing — including deliberately placing bets on markets known to carry a manifest pricing error
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or Betika staff to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to interfere with the security, integrity, or normal functioning of the Betika platform in any way
• Accessing the Betika platform via a VPN or other means of masking your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abuse directed at Betika staff or other players via the platform's communication features

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Betika platform — including but not limited to the Betika brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive property of Betika or its licensed third-party partners. Nothing in these Terms or your use of the platform grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise use any Betika intellectual property without prior written permission from Betika.

You may not frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Betika platform on any other website or application. You may not use Betika's brand name, logo, or any other intellectual property in connection with any unauthorised commercial activity.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Pakistan, Betika's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Betika is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Interruption to platform service caused by circumstances outside Betika's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or natural events
• Losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms or Betika's published game rules
• Losses attributable to technical failures on your device or internet connection

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Betika's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Betika's Right to Suspend

Betika may suspend or close your account at any time without prior notice if: (a) you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account is subject to a fraud investigation; (c) Betika is required to do so by any applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority; or (d) you have engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 10.

13.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your Betika account at any time by contacting support at support@betika.cash. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.3 Re-Opening

A player-requested account closure (excluding self-exclusion) may be reversed by contacting Betika support. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends — this is a firm policy designed to protect players who have made the decision to take a break.

14. Changes to These Terms

Betika reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, Betika will provide notice to registered players via:

• An SMS notification to your registered Pakistani mobile number
• An email notification to your registered email address (if provided)
• A prominent notice on the Betika platform login page for a minimum of 14 days

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Betika platform and request account closure before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
