Account & Registration

Yes, completely free. Creating a Betika account costs nothing at all — no registration fee, no monthly charge, and no mandatory first deposit to activate your account. You only spend money when you choose to deposit and place a bet. Registration typically takes under three minutes: enter your Pakistani mobile number, set a password, verify via OTP, and you are done.

You need an active Pakistani mobile number (Jazz, Zong, Ufone, Telenor, or SCOM), a password you will remember, and your date of birth. An email address is optional but recommended for account recovery. CNIC verification is not required at registration but may be requested before your first withdrawal or if our system flags an age check. You must be 18 or older to register — no exceptions.

No. Betika strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts detected by our system are suspended immediately. If both accounts have a balance, the funds on the secondary account may be forfeited. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, contact support at support@betika.cash rather than creating a new one.

After you submit the registration form, Betika sends a 6-digit OTP to your mobile via SMS. Enter this code on the verification screen — it is valid for 10 minutes. If the OTP does not arrive within 60 seconds, use the Resend option. Make sure your phone is on, has signal, and that the number you entered is the correct one. The OTP works on all major Pakistani networks.

If you are logged in, go to Account Settings → Security → Change Password. You will need to enter your current password and your new password twice. If you have forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page — enter your registered mobile number, receive an OTP, verify it, and set a new password. The entire self-service reset takes about two minutes.

Yes, but it requires identity verification and is processed by the support team — it is not a self-service change. Email support@betika.cash with your request and be prepared to submit a clear copy of your CNIC. This process typically takes 24–48 hours once your identity has been confirmed.

If you wish to permanently close your account, contact Betika support at support@betika.cash. Any remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure. Note that self-exclusion (available in Account Settings) is different from account closure — self-exclusion locks your account for a defined period without permanently closing it. If you are closing due to problem gambling concerns, our support team can also guide you through self-exclusion options.

Yes. All data on Betika is transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections. Passwords are stored using cryptographic hashing — not in plain text. Betika will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Betika supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — there is no currency conversion and no conversion fee.

The minimum deposit is Rs 200, regardless of which payment method you use. There is no maximum deposit limit specified — if you intend to deposit a larger amount, we recommend setting a deposit limit in Account Settings first so that it aligns with your personal budget for betting.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your Betika account within seconds of completing the payment on your mobile wallet. If it has been more than five minutes and your balance has not updated, check that the transaction completed successfully in your Easypaisa app and then contact Betika support with the transaction reference number.

Log in to your Betika account, go to the Wallet section, and click Withdraw. Select Easypaisa or JazzCash, enter the amount you want to withdraw in PKR, and confirm with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Betika typically processes withdrawals within two to four hours. Once processed, the funds are in your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet. Withdrawal requests are generally approved faster during business hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Betika is Rs 500. There is no processing fee charged on standard withdrawals to Pakistani mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank IBFT withdrawals may have different thresholds — check the Withdraw section in your account for the current limits per method.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: pending identity verification (CNIC) on your account, active bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements, a recent change to your payment details, or unusually high withdrawal volumes during major match events. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than six hours, contact Betika support at support@betika.cash with your transaction ID.

Betika does not charge platform fees on deposits or standard withdrawals to Pakistani mobile wallets. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge their own transfer fees on their side — Betika has no control over third-party fees. All Betika balances are held in PKR with no currency conversion markup.

First, wait five minutes and refresh your Betika balance. If it still has not updated, note the transaction reference number from your Easypaisa or JazzCash app (it is shown in your transaction history). Then contact Betika support via live chat or email at support@betika.cash with the reference number and the date, time, and PKR amount of the transaction. Our team will trace the payment and credit it manually if confirmed.

Betika may ask for CNIC verification before processing your first withdrawal or if your account triggers an automated identity check — for example, on large withdrawal amounts or if your registration details are incomplete. To avoid delays, you can proactively upload a clear copy of your CNIC from Account Settings → Verification. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional checks.

Betting & Odds

Betika covers a wide range of sports including cricket (PSL, international T20s, ODIs, Test matches), football (European leagues, AFC, international tournaments), tennis, basketball, hockey, and more. The full list of available markets is in the Sports Betting section. Cricket and PSL markets are particularly extensive, with pre-match, in-play, and outright betting available.

Betika displays odds in decimal format by default. The odds figure represents your total return per Rs 1 staked — including your original stake. For example, if you bet Rs 500 at odds of 2.50, your total return on a win is Rs 1,250 (Rs 500 × 2.50), which includes your Rs 500 stake back. Your profit is Rs 750. The higher the odds, the less likely the outcome is considered — and the higher the potential return. See the Betting Odds page for a full guide.

Yes. In-play (live) betting is available on selected cricket matches, including PSL games. Odds update in real time during the match. Note that during natural breaks in play — like the end of an over — markets may briefly suspend while odds are recalculated. Your in-play bet is confirmed only once the platform accepts it at the displayed odds, so place your bets promptly when you see odds you are happy with.

An accumulator (or combo bet) combines two or more selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the bet to pay out. The odds of each selection are multiplied together, which means the potential return can be significantly higher than betting on each selection individually — but the risk is also higher because a single losing selection voids the entire accumulator. Accumulators are popular on football matches and PSL fixtures.

If a match is cancelled before it starts, your stake is refunded to your Betika wallet. If a match is abandoned mid-play, Betika follows the relevant sport's official rules for settlement — in cricket, for example, a match interrupted by rain may be settled on the Duckworth-Lewis method if applied, or voided and refunded if no official result is declared. Settled bets are shown in your betting history.

The minimum stake per bet at Betika is Rs 50. This applies to all sports betting markets. Live casino games have their own minimum stakes — typically Rs 200 per hand for table games like Baccarat and Teen Patti. Virtual sports minimum stakes are also in the Rs 50–100 range depending on the market.

Cash out is available on selected markets at Betika. When cash out is active on your bet, you will see a "Cash Out" button next to that bet in your Open Bets section. The cash out amount offered reflects the current probability of your bet winning — it will be less than your full potential payout but more than nothing. Cash out availability varies by sport and market.

Winnings are calculated as: Stake × Odds = Total Return. Your profit is Total Return minus your original stake. Winnings are credited to your Betika PKR wallet immediately after the event result is officially confirmed and settled — usually within minutes of the final whistle or last ball for cricket. Once in your wallet, they are available for withdrawal or further betting immediately.

Live Casino

Betika's live casino section includes Baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Blackjack, and other live dealer table games. All games are streamed in HD with real dealers. You can explore the games from the Baccarat, Andar Bahar, and Card Games sections. Tables are live around the clock — there is always a seat available regardless of the time of day.

Andar Bahar is a traditional South Asian card game. One card (the "joker") is placed in the centre. Cards are then dealt alternately to two piles — Andar (inside, left) and Bahar (outside, right). You bet on which pile will receive a card matching the joker's value first. It is a simple, fast game with approximately 50/50 odds on the main bet. The minimum bet on most Betika live Baccarat tables is Rs 200 per hand. Higher-stakes VIP tables are also available for experienced players who prefer larger limits. You do not need a large balance to enjoy live Baccarat — Rs 200 gets you a seat at the table alongside players staking much more. Yes. All live casino games at Betika are hosted by trained human dealers in professional studio environments, streamed live via HD video. The games are not animated or computer-generated — you are playing against a real dealer in real time. You can see the dealer clearly on screen, and in some games you can communicate via a live chat function.

If your connection drops mid-game, any bet that had already been confirmed before the disconnection will still be settled normally once the round completes. Betika's system records all confirmed bets server-side — they are not lost due to a client-side disconnection. If you believe a bet was lost due to a technical error on Betika's side, contact support with the approximate time and game session details.

Live casino games at Betika require real-money stakes because they involve real dealers in live studio environments — there is no free-play mode for live tables. You can, however, observe a live Baccarat or Andar Bahar table without placing a bet to get a feel for the game before committing chips. The minimum stake of Rs 200 means you can dip in with a small amount while you learn.

Teen Patti (literally "three cards" in Urdu/Hindi) is a popular South Asian card game often compared to three-card poker. Each player — and the dealer — receives three cards. You bet on whether your hand beats the dealer's hand. Hand rankings follow a specific hierarchy (trail/trio at the top, down to high card). Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus at Betika is credited automatically when you make your first qualifying deposit — no code required and no manual opt-in needed. The current offer details (minimum deposit, bonus percentage or amount, and wagering requirements) are shown during the registration flow and in the Promotions section of your account. Make sure you read the wagering requirements before depositing — bonus funds generally need to be wagered a set number of times before they can be withdrawn.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) means you need to bet a certain multiple of your bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Your progress towards the wagering requirement is visible in the Promotions section of your account. Bets that are voided or result in a push do not count towards the requirement.

Once you are registered, you can find your unique referral link in the Refer a Friend section of your account. Share this link with friends. When a friend registers using your link and makes their first qualifying deposit, you both receive a reward in PKR — credited to your respective Betika wallets. The reward amount and any qualifying conditions are detailed on the Refer a Friend page. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

No — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until their wagering requirements are fully met. Your real-money balance (deposits and settled winnings from real-money bets) is always available for withdrawal regardless of whether you have an active bonus. If you self-exclude or close your account before completing wagering requirements, any remaining bonus funds are forfeited.

Log in to your Betika account and navigate to the Promotions or Bonuses section — usually accessible from the main account menu. Here you will see a summary of all active bonuses, your current wagering progress for each, and their expiry dates. Expired bonuses are also listed for reference. If you believe a bonus was not credited correctly, contact support at support@betika.cash.

Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Choose a daily, weekly, or monthly limit in PKR and confirm. Deposit limits take effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect — this is a deliberate design to prevent impulsive decisions from overriding limits you set with a clearer head. Self-exclusion locks your Betika account for a minimum of 6 weeks and up to 5 years. During this period, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. The lock cannot be reversed or shortened — this is intentional. To activate, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Your existing balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Marketing communications are also suppressed for the duration of the exclusion.

A cooling-off period is a short-term account pause — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks — that prevents you from logging in, depositing, or betting. Unlike self-exclusion, a cooling-off period ends automatically when the chosen time is up, and your account reactivates with all original settings intact. It is a good option if you want a break without committing to a long exclusion period. It cannot be ended early once activated.

Yes. In Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Session Reminders, you can choose an interval — 30 minutes, 1 hour, or a custom duration. Betika will display an on-screen reminder showing your total session time and net activity when the interval is reached. It does not force you to stop, but it provides the information to make an informed decision about whether to continue. Session reminders work across all products — sports betting, live casino, and virtual sports.
