Type your mobile number in the format 3XXXXXXXXX — 10 digits starting with 3, without the +92 country code. The +92 prefix is already shown next to the field. This must match the number you used when you registered your Betika account.

Type the Pakistani mobile number you used when you created your Betika account. This is the number that receives your OTPs and is displayed in your account settings.

Receive and enter your OTP

A 6-digit OTP is sent to your registered mobile via SMS. Enter it on the verification screen. The code is valid for 10 minutes.

Set a new password

Choose a new password of at least 8 characters. Use something you will remember but that is not easily guessed — avoid your mobile number, date of birth, or common sequences like 12345678. A mix of letters, numbers, and symbols is strongest.

Login with your new credentials

Return to the login form, enter your mobile number and new password, and you are back in your account. Your balance, betting history, and account settings are all intact — a password reset does not affect anything else on your account.

Still can't get in? If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number — for example, if you have changed your SIM — contact Betika support at support@betika.cash. You will need to go through an identity verification process (CNIC) to regain account access in this scenario. This process typically takes 24–48 hours.

Login FAQ for Pakistani Players

The most common reason for repeated login failures is entering the mobile number with a leading 0 (e.g., 03001234567) instead of without it (3001234567). Betika's login field requires the number without the leading zero — the +92 country code is already displayed. If your number is correct and the password is still not working, use the "Forgot password?" flow to reset it rather than continuing to try, as multiple failed attempts may temporarily lock the account.

Betika accounts are temporarily locked after a certain number of consecutive failed login attempts as an automated security measure. The lock typically lifts automatically after 30 minutes. If it has been longer than that and you are still unable to log in, contact Betika support via live chat or email at support@betika.cash. Do not create a new account — duplicate accounts are against Betika's Terms and Conditions.

You can be logged into your Betika account on multiple devices simultaneously — for example, on your phone and a tablet. However, if our system detects logins from very different locations within a short time window, it may prompt for OTP verification on the newer device as a precaution. This is normal security behaviour and does not indicate your account has been compromised.

Using a browser's built-in password manager is generally safe, provided your device itself is secured with a lock screen and is not shared with other people. A stronger option is a dedicated password manager application. Avoid saving your Betika password in your browser if you share your device with others, or if you access Betika from a public or shared computer.

An unsolicited OTP means someone has tried to initiate a login or password reset on your account using your mobile number. This could be a mistake or could indicate that someone is attempting to access your account. Do not share the OTP with anyone. Change your password immediately using the "Forgot password?" recovery flow — since you already have your current password, you can also do this from within Account Settings without needing to go through the reset process. Then contact Betika support to flag the suspicious activity.

Changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification (CNIC) and is processed by the Betika support team rather than being a self-service action. This is a deliberate security control — the registered mobile number is your primary account identifier and the channel through which all OTPs are sent. Contact support@betika.cash with your request and be prepared to provide CNIC documentation to confirm your identity before the change is processed.
